We have heard that connecting with your energy source can help you to control both your mind and body. I know some people will be put off by the word energy and i understand yoga, meditation and
the martial arts are not for everyone. But please read on, well recent research by N.A.S.A center for space power and advanced electronics. The chi energy is an electric current running through our bodies. This current is generated by the way we breath. The way we control our intake of oxygen into our lungs tells our brain’s what way we react to certain situations. This explains the symptoms that give us Stress, Asthma and Anxiety.
So the real secrets that come from this research is just like a runner is the word pace. The more we learn to control the intake of oxygen the more control we have over the issue’s that disturbs our life’s. So why not try to think of something or situation that causes you stress. Now relive that situation feel the stress this causes you, how does your body react, what are the symptoms like.
Now hold on to this stress, only this time i want you to take a slow deep breath in through your nose if possible if not just breath through your mouth. Now hold this breath for the count of 5 release the breath and when you release the breath hold for 5 before continue to intake a breath. Do this slowly
until you feel the stress release it self. By now you can see that you are controlling the stress by the way you breath. – The more you slowly you take in oxygen the more you fill both lungs with air this creates the energy system or chi to come into play and helps us to take control of our lives..
